4. Handle customer quality feedback and complaints, conduct root cause analysis, organize relevant departments to take appropriate and effective measures to address issues related to customer concerns, company inventory, and work-in-progress items, develop effective improvement and preventive measures, track the effectiveness of these improvements, and respond to customers with 8D reports.

5. Handle internal quality issues and prepare monthly quality analysis reports for customers; be responsible for continuous improvement of projects and enhancement of project quality.

6. Report to your supervisor on the status of your assigned projects and all relevant data, and complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Job requirements:

1. Associate’s degree or above; preference given to candidates with majors in mechanical engineering or electromechanical engineering.

2. At least 2-3 years of work experience in quality management within the sheet metal or mechanical processing industry.

3. Good communication skills and clear thinking.

4. Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 quality management systems and quality analysis tools.

Job Responsibilities:

Job requirements:

2. Proficient in using drawing software such as CAD and SolidWorks.

3. More than three years of work experience in project development related to the metal products industry, with a solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes, mechanical manufacturing processes, and mold-making expertise.
